These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Guards BD(the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number to use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only on devices you own or are authorized to protect.
• Do not use the Service to unlawfully monitor, harass, or surveil other people.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka and are payable via Bangla QR (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank apps). Subscriptions provide access for the selected period. Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun.

5. Service limitations

Guards BD is a security aid, not a guarantee. Due to platform and hardware limitations, we cannot guarantee recovery of a lost or stolen device, delivery of every alert, or that features will function on every device or Android version.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guards BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of a device or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
